    It All Began With One Vision

    In the years following World War II, Wally Sangster moved to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where he opened a small health food store called Northern Health Foods.
    In 1971, Roy Sangster moved to Yorkton, Saskatchewan and founded Sangster's Health Foods with a simple mission: To help Canadians improve their health naturally through education, quality products, and trusted advice.
    Long before natural health became widely accepted, Roy believed people deserved better choices, better information, and products they could trust. That philosophy helped build Sangster's into one of Canada's most respected natural health brands, serving families from coast to coast for more than 50 years.
