Vitamin K2 & D
Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin normally found in green leafy vegetables. Fat-soluble means that the vitamin is stored in the body and used when needed. Vitamin K2 is converted from vitamin K in the bowel with the aid of good bacteria. However, todays diet does not provide us with much good bacteria, which makes this conversion difficult.
Sangster’s Vitamin K2 & D is a combination of Vitamin K2 with the added benefit of Vitamin D to aid with bone health. Your body requires Vitamin K2 to properly transport and retain calcium in the bones. Vitamin D increases the absorption of calcium into the bones which can reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Redirecting calcium to the bones removes it from the arteries which in turn diminishes the possibility for plaque build up that can lead to atherosclerosis.
