- Do I need to set up an account to shop on Sangsters.com?
If you want to purchase products on Sangsters.com you must set up an account. However, you don't need to set it up until you are ready to check out.
- I have changed my address, email address and/or credit card. How do I change my account information?
Click on “Log In” at the very top of the home page. Log in using your current email address and password. You'll then be able to change your account information, including credit card, billing and/or shipping address, email address and password.
- I've forgotten the password for my account. What should I do?
Click on “Log In” at the very top of the home page. Scroll down to the "Forgot Your Password" section and follow the directions for receiving a new password via email. Still have questions? Please contact us.
- How to track my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. You'll receive a second email once your order is processing. Our warehouse team will then pick and pack your order and you'll receive a final email once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number for your order so you can track your package until delivery to your door.
- Can I view orders I've placed in the past?
Yes. Click on the "Log in" option at the very top of the home page. Log in using your email address and password. You'll then be able to view your order history.
- When will my order ship?
Sangster’s tries their best to ship your product within 24 hours.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Sangsters.com currently ships only with Canada Post and product delivers on average 2-7 business days from the ship date, depending on your location. International orders can take up 10-12 business days depending on your location.
- Will you notify me if there are problems with my order?
We will immediately notify you by email of any complications with your order, including backorders and credit card authorization issues.
- Can I cancel my order once it has been submitted?
We work hard to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. Due to the speed of most of our shipments, we are not able to cancel orders once the order has been submitted.
- Can I make changes to my order after I have submitted it?

- Are the website prices the same as the stores and the catalog?
All online offers and prices are valid for online purchases only, and may be different from those in our retail stores.
- Do I need to pay sales tax with my order?
Sales Tax is charged on shipments to jurisdictions where sales tax is applicable. The taxability of a particular item is determined by the guidelines set forth by the jurisdiction the item is shipped to.
- How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
Every newsletter has an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. You can click "Unsubscribe" at any time and you can always re-subscribe to stay up to date with our latest news, newest items, sales and promotions.
